13 Weeks to Awakening - Workshops
If you have questions or unfulfilled desires around your Life’s Purpose, this is a workshop for you!
Each session is a unique blend of discussion, self enquiry, chanting, meditation, movement and art. With a healthy serving of written exercises and action planning.
In this workshop, we start by looking at the filters through which we see the world. We ask how they feel in the body and if they are based in truth. We accept the past as it is and acknowledge that we only have control of our choices in the moment. We take lessons from these filters and choose the impact we want them to have in our future. This shines light on perceptions that no longer serve, and gives clarity on ones that nurture us.
We get very honest with ourselves and the group about where we are at and what drives us, holds us and makes us feel comfortable.
We then use a combination of meditation, discussion, exercises and artistic expression to discover our life’s purpose. Once we have discovered and clarified our purpose, we can build a concrete plan to make it reality.
This process is a combination of ancient spiritual wisdom and modern productivity tools.
It allows you to step into your power and live your purpose as soon as possible.
Your gift is a calling. It’s a lifework. It starts deep within you and becomes externalised as you acknowledge and trust it.
